Processing Time
Orders are processed and typically ship within 1-5 business days after your purchase.
Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are sent through Australia Post. Any orders to the UK must be made through our Etsy page, https://lliomadethis.etsy.com
We are currently not shipping to the European Union (EU) at this time.
Australia: 4-7 business days
North America: 6-10 business days
I do my best to ship orders as soon as possible; however, once your order has shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer in my hands. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
If you enter an incorrect address, or if you have questions about your order, you can always contact me at [email protected]. Please note that address corrections MUST be sent through as soon as possible - I'm not able to amend addresses after the order has been dispatched.
